Dear Parents/Guardians:
The Bangor School Department would like to welcome you to the district as you prepare to register your child for kindergarten. We know that you have developed relationships with your child’s preschool providers, and we would like to ease the transition to public school by hosting a parent evening for you.
Please join us on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. for a night of conversation where you will meet the Director of Pupil Services, the Assistant Director of Pupil Services, and the Building Administrators. We will provide you with general information that will assist and ease the transition to public school. If transportation is a barrier, please give Vicky Taylor a call at 992-5589 so we may support you.

We encourage you to register your child for kindergarten at your neighborhood school during Kindergarten Registration. Registration dates and times are as follows:

Thursday, February 8, 2024 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.
